Integrated Massage
Integrated Massage is our most popular service. This is a full-body massage personally tailored to each individualโs needs. It consists of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, and can also include lymphatic drainage work, trigger point therapy, percussion, essential oils, and movement or stationary cupping.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is specific and focused to only one or two areas of the body for optimum tension release. It can include trigger point therapy, essential oils, movement and stationary cupping, and percussion.
60 minutes: $100-$110 | 90 minutes: $150-$160
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage, performed in the side-lying position with 3-4 supportive pillows, is similar to Swedish where technique is concerned and is great for promoting overall relaxation for you and your baby. Madison is our only certified Prenatal Massage Therapist who is seeing new clients.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a type of bodywork used to assess and unwind restrictions in the body that have been shown to be beneficial for trauma, concussions, tension in the body, sinus issues, and migraines. This technique uses gentle pressure, about the weight of a nickel, to make gentle suggestions to the body to allow the body to correct itself. Patients are fully clothed for the session and there is often dialogue between the client and practitioner. While both Kobi and Haley offer Craniosacral Therapy, Haley is the only one who offers pediatric Craniosacral Therapy for babies 3 months and up and children under โPediatricโ Craniosacral Therapy on our booking page.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, rhythmic manual therapy that is specific to the lymphatic pathways in our body, helpful in utilizing lymphatic flow, which can be effective for those with swelling and edema (e.g. post-surgical, injury-related), autoimmune diseases, detoxification, and possible enhanced immune function. Haley is our only therapist currently offering Lymphatic Drainage and is certified through Light Hand. She does not see patients with Lymphedema. For a full body MLD treatment, one must book a 90 minute session.

Couples Massage
Our couples massages may combine both cupping and essential oils to create the most therapeutic experience possible, all while enjoying this experience with your other half.
