Swedish Massage

60 minutes: $65 | 90 minutes: $95

Swedish Massage is a full-body treatment that combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include general relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and overall relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $70 | 90 minutes: $100

Deep Tissue is a form of bodywork specific to only one or two areas of the body that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue. It is never meant to be painful, but is simply working on a deeper level, which varies based off of each individual client. It is highly effective for releasing chronic stress due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you are never uncomfortable. Keep in mind that some soreness may be common after treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will be released during the session.

Integrated Massage

90 minutes: $105

Integrated Massage is a treatment-oriented bodywork personally tailored to each individual’s needs. It consists of a detailed, pre-session postural assessment for any imbalances in the body, Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, lymphatic drainage work, trigger point therapy, and stretching. It is very effective in increasing flexibility, range of motion, and releasing chronic tension.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

60 minutes: $75 | 90 minutes: $110
